Dynamic, versatile and fast growing, Universal Contracting Services is a fully empowered company that began in April 2005 providing construction services. The construction department has also moved on in providing a concrete service by building homes, schools, churches, swimming pools etc.
Our services include building plans, construction drawings, building quantities, building survey, and project management to name a few. Through the contracting services, we also offer a more innovative way of cement construction, waterproofing. Waterproofing is needed in concrete construction where water is likely to build up or seep through cracks in foundation walls, opening caused by expansion and contraction of the footing foundation wall joint and up through floor cracks. We offer sealant through a variety of waterproofing, cement and cementatious products.
Universal Contracting Services demonstrates effectiveness because it facilitates a holistic approach for the construction process, making the sector more versatile and dynamic, with the hope of being on the cutting edge of the construction industry.

Hazardous Waste is caused by several industrial processes such as Gold Mining, Bauxite Mining, Oil & Gas Projects, etc. We offer an end-to-end service to clean up toxic waste using specialist equipment. We are currently expanding the Department and will be purchasing new machinery such as Sludge Gulper Units, Liquid Recovery Units, Pumped Transfer Systems, etc. 

Our Industrial Cleaning Service offers complete commercial cleaning services for corporate buildings, shopping centers, offices, schools, small businesses, hospitals and more. We pay attention to detail, offer professional staff, consistent excellent quality and customizable cleaning plans. Some of our services include; floor care restoration and maintenance which includes all types of floors, carpet and upholstery care, building exterior care, vehicle detailing, home and office care, after event clean up, vegetation control and after construction clean up. Universal also does work for the National Trust of Guyana by cleaning monuments and also for some churches without cost.
